Return and refund policy
We take pride in our quality products and service, and we value our
relationship with you.Thus all of our orders are checked for quality and
originality once we get them from brands before shipping out to you and
they are considered a final sale items, however you can still replace /
cancel the item before its being processed with the brands
In case of accessories and Bags listed on the site they are all final
sale items unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. We do not accept return requests past 7 days of receiving your order.
Orders sent back without an RA number are subject to a 75% fee and will ultimately delay your store credit or exchange order.
Once the return is received it will be processed, you will receive
an email with your store credit number that you can apply to an order
now or in the future. If you placed an exchange order you will receive
an email when your order is shipped.
Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn,
altered, tampered with, or damaged without prior notification your
return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to
you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.*
Unfortunately we can't cancel orders if they are processed with Brands
houses.
In-Stock Items
You can cancel in stock items purchase before its being shipped and get a refund or a replacement.
Ordered Items from Brands
If you wish to cancel a pre-order item from your order after it has
been processed, Unfortunately we are unable to do so as we already paid
for it.
Special Order Items
Special Orders are unable to be cancelled as these items are cut specifically per your order.
